Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct shift briefings and ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members.
  • Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her staff to ensure that highest quality service is delivered, and department standards are met.
  • Assists the Front Office Manager in the operation of the Front Desk.
  • Review, analyze and adjust improvement of workflow and standards at the Front Desk.
  • Monitor the Front Office Department’s operations and ensure guests receive prompt and exceptional Service.
  • Greet the VIP guests of the hotel.
  • Assists in VIP’s arrival and departure processes in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
  • Checks cleanliness of lobby, public areas and back of the house.
  • Provide management presence at all times by assisting with the handling guests’ needs and complaints tactfully and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other hotel departments as required regarding general administration and operations issues.
  • Ensures the Safety, Security and Loss Control policies and procedures are complied with at the lobby and Fili public areas.
  • Handles and manages hotel emergencies in the hotel rooms, F&B outlets, and all other premises within the Fili Hotel property.
  • Handles other responsibilities during the shift as required by management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education of bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years as Duty Manager and/or Minimum 3-5 years in Front Office operations.
  • Have a good English communication skill both in written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Opera and computer literate.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
