Driver

Responsible for the safety transport either cargo or passengers from one location to another. They must follow traffic laws and correctly route themselves, ensuring that there is enough gas in the tank at all times for their destination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.
• Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing. Should be familiar with the areas/location and violations in the road.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and property maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning, and vehicle maintenance.
• Providing accurate time records of the company vehicle's coming and goings.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
• Daily office cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned and required by the Head/Immediate Supervisor or as needed in the office.
• Responsible for checking engine and keeping the vehicle clean and in good condition.
• To drive for visitors and required or approved employees to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe, and efficient manner.
• Full administrative needs and assistant, like office pick-ups and delivery within Metro manila or as needed.
  
  Job Requirements:
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
• The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
• Effective communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Attention to detail.
• Capable of working for long hours consistently.

Educational Requirements:

• Though no formal education is required, at least a high school education.
• On-the-job training or minimum work experience is a plus.
