We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Aconex, materials submittals, and Excel, with the ability to handle project documentation efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller
  • Proficient in Aconex and Excel
  • Knowledge of materials submittals process
  • Ability to read CAD drawings
  • Previous Middle East experience is highly preferred
  • Can join immediately
  • Work From Home setup


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all project documentation through Aconex
  • Review, track, and process materials submittals
  • Organize and maintain files, logs, and reports accurately
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents
  • Provide support in reading and interpreting CAD drawings when needed
