We are looking for an experienced Document Controller with a strong background in UAE-based projects, particularly in material submittals and construction documentation. This is a fully remote role suited for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.

- Manage and organize project documentation in compliance with company and client standards
- Prepare, track, and submit material submittals, shop drawings, and transmittals
- Ensure proper filing, version control, and traceability of documents
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all documents
- Proven 7 years UAE experience as a Document Controller in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
- Familiarity with material submittals, drawings, and document workflow
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using document control systems and cloud storage
- Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Immediate availability preferred
