Location / Shift Angeles/Mabalacat Office, Mid Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description The Document Controller we are looking for will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of drawings and documents. It is to control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of electronic documentation produced by technical teams, projects or departments, both internally and externally, using Client’s document control platforms. This is a multi-functioned role that manages the documentation for concurrent projects with multiple disciplines depending on the Client’s requirements. Key responsibilities & duties:

  • Maintain document integrity and accuracy, reducing the risk of errors and costly mistakes. Implement efficient document management systems, streamlining processes and improving collaboration.
  • Document downloading, managing, checking and uploading to Autocad Construction Cloud or relevant client platforms
  • Management of Templates and Forms within Viewpoint Field View to improve quality, deliver high-quality projects, and comply with building regulations
  • Regular reporting methods for streamlined efficiencies and clear communication
  • Task management and communication reporting via platforms and tools provided
  • Liaison with External Client IT teams supporting file upload/download

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years’ experience in construction or Design industry
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of associated programmes (CAD / Revit)
  • Experience in document management, records management, information management, or a related field.
  • General accounting understanding
  • Familiarity with electronic document management software/platforms. (ClickUp, Fieldview, Autocad Construction Cloud (ACC) etc)
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Highly organised and efficient in time management and prioritisation
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills
