Job Responsibilities
Work Location: MOA, Pasay City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift)
- Maintain and administer the selected Document Control Management System.
- Provide training, support & guidance to other staff in the use of the Document Control applications.
- Responsible for retention, filing and retrieval of all project documentations.
- Responsible for the timely transmission, issuance, and distribution of documents to internal and external parties.
- Format, collate and perform compliance and non-technical quality checks on all documents prior to internal use & issuing to external parties.
- Manage control of all revision of drawings, documents, specifications, and general correspondences.
- Obtaining relevant approval for issue to projects (internal and external).
- Maintaining project related registers (including but not limited to drawing, report and RFI’s)
- Prepare project reports for Project Managers as required.
- Provide additional quality management and project administration support to Project Managers and Leads as required.
- At least 3-4 years previous experience in a similar position, ideally within an engineering consultancy or the construction industry.
- intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office packages.
- Proven experience working with Document Management systems such as Aconex, Projectwise, Sharepoint, Teambinder & Commnia.
