The Document Controller is responsible for the safekeeping of Engineering documents and reports in the office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In-charge of recording, filing, safekeeping and monitoring of project records in engineering office;
- In-charge in collating all communications intended for Engineering department and its distribution to concerned individuals;
- Receives all documents coming from the projects, the Architects and its consultants;
- Receives record, process progress reports and billing from concerned;
- Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of a 4 - year college business course;
- With at least 2 years administrative and documentation experience in a real estate industry;
- Must be highly organized, keen on details and can work under pressure with minimal supervision;
- Personable, with good oral and written communication skills;
- Computer proficient
