District Sales Manager

About the role

Metro Drug Inc is seeking a dynamic and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team in Davao. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts within your designated region, playing a crucial role in achieving the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within your district
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to the leadership team
• Lead, motivate and train a team of sales representatives to maximise their productivity and effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in data analysis and interpreting market trends
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
