Job Description
- Build and manage the national eCommerce ecosystem for CPFI across both B2B and B2C channels.
- Develop strategies to grow eCommerce revenue, improve platform performance, and enhance customer experience.
- Drive acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts across eCommerce platforms.
- Oversee performance metrics including revenue, P&L, and customer satisfaction across all eCommerce channels.
- Lead the development and monetization of owned eCommerce platforms and on-demand (click-to-mortar) initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; specialization in eCommerce or Digital preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital business development, or online retail—preferably in FMCG.
- Proven track record in scaling eCommerce revenue, managing platform performance, and executing digital strategies.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience in P&L management, customer journey analysis, and KPI tracking.
- Excellent leadership, cross-functional coordination, and digital marketing acumen.
