OVERVIEW:
The Distributor Sales Specialist (DSS) is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring plans to achieve targets within their assigned accounts, primarily focusing on small to medium modern trade entities. The DSS will also provide daily guidance to their team of distributors, ensuring that sales targets are met within the allocated budget. They bear direct responsibility for achieving sales targets within their assigned distributor network, contributing significantly to the company's growth and operational outcomes by leading and enhancing the skills of their distributors.
Furthermore, the DSS manages a diverse group of distributor salespeople, each with varying levels of experience, while overseeing the company's distributor operations within their designated areas. This role reports directly to the National Sales Manager.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The DSS's key responsibilities include:
· Developing, implementing, and monitoring plans to achieve targets within their accounts.
· Providing daily guidance to their distributor team to ensure sales targets are met within budgetary constraints.
· Directly managing sales targets for their assigned distributors.
· Contributing to the company's growth and operational success by enhancing the skills and capabilities of their distributors.
· Overseeing distributor operations within their designated areas, including addressing variations versus Annual Business Plans (ABPs) and providing demand forecasts.
· Managing the allocated direct selling expense (DSE) budget.
· Achieving business objectives related to operating profit, volume, and strategic planning.
· Ensuring superior reach, distribution, and availability of PGC products.
· Will be remotely reporting to the National Sales Manager
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
· A Bachelor's Degree
· Currently Residing in Cebu, or close to the area (Visayas Region)
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in distributor management within FMCG sales.
· Preferably, 1-2 years of experience in handling local key accounts/local chains.
· Proficiency in data analysis and data tools such as Microsoft Excel.
· Exceptional organizational skills and a strong aptitude for time management.
· Has exposure to other VisMin areas, a solid understanding of the accounts and businesses in those regions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
