What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth and operational excellence in the Mercury Drug channel
- Lead distributor teams to hit 100% sales targets and meet KPIs
- Ensure timely collections, minimal returns, and wide product reach
- Strengthen partnerships and align trade execution with DEG strategy
- Own and grow one of our most strategic accounts
- Be part of a results-driven, high-trust culture
- Make an impact in a company known for innovation and excellence
What You Should Bring:
- 3–5+ years in FMCG distributor management (MDC experience a big plus)
- Strong leadership, analytics, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and trade reporting tools
- Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork and distributor visits - must know how to drive
