Distributive Trade Excellence Specialist

Context & Main Purpose of Job

The DDG DT Excellence Specialist will be the lead for total Distributor backend processes (complete End to End).

Key Responsibilities / Focus Areas

• Ensures that back-end Distributor processes are in place for business operations continuity.
• Leads the sales target setting and sales analysis processes for better business decision-making.
• Effectively analyze the data (internal and external) and be able to provide data-driven insights and action plans to grow the business.
• Maintains and oversees Distributor contracts, Trade discount, and Credit limit.
• Leads the Distributor manpower KPI governance.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to and can negotiate both strategically and tactically in an agile fast paced channel.
• Manages distributor profitability as well as A/R through efficient budget management and regular reconciliation.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or any related course
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• Willing to be based in Pasig
• Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset
• Must be flexible, possessing excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be action and detail oriented

• Knowledge Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Knowledge in Power BI is ad advantage
