- Responsible for the operations of transportation for day and night shift to ensure the efficiently operation.
- Coordinate and allocate the capacity in accordance with the quantity of parcels and adjust the routes according to real circumstances.
- Support the daily transport vehicle arrangement plan, coordinate with affiliated car company (supplier) and all branches across country that required service.
- Analyze the vehicle usage of each unit, follow-up, and solve problems to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.
- Support on data preparation for daily performance report, analyze problems, and suggest solutions to superior for create or modify work process to improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other work delivered by the company or superior
- Bachelor's Degree/Vocational/College level of related course
- At least 1 year experience in Dispatching, Route planning from logistics industry is an advantage!
- Good English communication skills
- Advance MS Excel Skills
- Able to work in a rapidly changing environment while considering new and untested approaches
- Amenable to work on a Shifting Schedule.
- Willing to work on site, 6 days: Nissan Technopark, Santa Rosa Laguna
