Disbursement Team Leader

Re-organize Payments team by splitting it to Bills Payments Team and Disbursement Team. This will help our team to work productively with the given assignments and be able to eliminate any conflict of interest within our group.


What You'll Do

  • Manage performance of client‘s payments and disbursements in a timely manner
  • Provide first level control and evaluation of incentives schemes
  • Responsible for proper reconciliation of client‘s payments and disbursements, generation of reports as well as clarification and explanation of potential incorrect payments and disbursements
  • Drive team productivity and effectivity to optimize costs, improve performance.
  • Conducts training to concerned department for any new changes with Payment channels, Auto Debit Arrangement Partners and Disbursement Channel and/or payment schedule.
  • Maintains good communication and business relationship to Payment Channel and Disbursement Channel partners( Banks and Non-Banks ).
  • Conducts Business Review with Payment Channel and Disbursement Channel partners (bank and non-banks)
  • Continue looking for new types of Incoming Payment Channel and Disbursement partners (bank and non-bank)


What You Need To Have

  • At least 2 years of work experience as Supervisor / Team Leader / Manager Capacity ( preferably with Collections / Payments background )
  • Good communication skill (Both verbal and written)
  • Training, Presentation and Mentoring skills – to be able to provide training to team members.
  • Ability to quickly gain new knowledge about internal IT system and fucntionality.
