The Director, Total Rewards and People Analytics is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation, benefits, and people analytics programs. This role involves strategic planning to attract and retain employees while leveraging data to inform HR decisions and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive compensation, benefits, wellness and people analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights and inform decisions.

Compliance: Ensure all compensation, benefits, and data practices comply with legal and financial regulations.

Vendor Management: Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.

Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends in compensation, benefits, and people analytics to provide recommendations for program improvements. Sustain good relations with peers through the Total Rewards Network.

Employee Communication: Effectively communicate total rewards and wellness programs and data insights to employees and stakeholders.

Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in compensation, benefits, and people analytics to improve processes continuously.

Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals in the Total Rewards and People Analytics functions, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Employee Experience: Enhance the overall employee experience by integrating total rewards and people analytics insights into HR practices and policies.

Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align total rewards, wellness strategy and people analytics with performance management systems, ensuring that rewards and recognition are tied to employee performance and organizational goals.

Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in the fields of total rewards and people analytics, sharing insights and best practices within CCU and the broader Gokongwei group through the Total Rewards Council and People Analytics Community of Practice.

HR Consulting and Project Management: Provide expert HR consulting and project management support to SBU clients, offering guidance on compensation, benefits, and data-driven HR strategies.
