A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As the Director – Remote Teams & Mid-Tier Accounts (Philippines), you will lead the delivery and account management of all Remote Teams based in the Philippines, along with select co-sourced clients and local Comprehensive Outsourcing clients. Reporting to the Vice President – Strategic Accounts, you will manage a team of Client Relationship Managers and ensure service excellence, commercial performance, and operational efficiency across your portfolio.
This role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, people management skills, and a focus on process and client outcomes.

Your Day Could See You
Team & People Management
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Client Relationship Managers
- Conducting regular coaching, mentoring, and quarterly performance reviews
- Managing recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Personally managing a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure delivery excellence
- Overseeing the automated management of Remote Team operations
- Ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and fulfillment of client contractual obligations
- Driving process enhancements and continuous service improvement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts
- Identifying growth opportunities and evolving account strategies
- Delivering financial and forecasting reports
- Monitoring GP and portfolio profitability, and addressing risks proactively
- Leading and coordinating client tours to showcase Acquire BPO’s facilities and culture
- Preparing tailored tour itineraries and ensuring facilities reflect operational excellence
- Conducting debriefings post-tour to capture feedback and strengthen relationships
- Managing client portfolios and reporting using Salesforce
- Championing automation and process optimization through technology adoption
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in BPO, client relationship management, or similar leadership roles
- Proven success in managing remote or distributed teams
- Strong knowledge of outsourcing models, talent strategies, and client delivery
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Salesforce skills, including workflow automation and portfolio management
- Highly organized, with strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites and internal locations as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (required)
