Job Description
Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager and the Field Sales Leader for the territory, and in adherence to the policies and procedures established by the designated hotels and the company, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of sales activities. The primary objective is to position the hotel in the market efficiently and to consistently achieve RevPAR-focused goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sales and marketing planning, the development of promotional strategies and tactics, and overall accountability for the daily effectiveness and performance of the sales team.

Job Description
Under the general guidance and supervision of the General Manager and the Field Sales Leader for the territory, and in adherence to the policies and procedures established by the designated hotels and the company, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of sales activities. The primary objective is to position the hotel in the market efficiently and to consistently achieve RevPAR-focused goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sales and marketing planning, the development of promotional strategies and tactics, and overall accountability for the daily effectiveness and performance of the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve RevPAR and catering revenue targets.
- Play a pivotal role in achieving and exceeding the budgeted GOP for the entire hotel.
- Lead and manage the sales team to consistently exceed budgeted sales goals.
- Identify and secure business from key commercial and leisure accounts, with a focus on feeder markets.
- Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal revenue performance.
- Evaluate and refine sales strategies based on market trends and performance data.
- Conduct regular training and coaching to enhance team performance and development.
- Ensure effective recruitment, performance evaluation, and recognition of the sales team in accordance with company standards.
- Represent the hotel in key trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.
- Constantly innovate, advocate, and maintain the positive, tangible, and intangible image and reputation of the hotel through a continuous online presence through media and social media methods.
- 35 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in chain hotels.
- Experience in the Philippines hospitality industry is preferred.
- Diploma, Higher Diploma, or University Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in hotel sales, marketing, or revenue management.
- Proven ability to manage teams and lead departmental operations effectively.
- Existing network of active commercial or leisure accounts relevant to the hotels target markets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly articulate business strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Mature, well-groomed, and personable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
