The role is based in our Manila office. We embrace a hybrid working culture but ideally this role is onsite most of the time.

The Role

Our Revenue Operations Team is a fairly young and newly implemented Team based in our new entity in Manila, Philippines. This team is key to centralize our processes and monitors key KPIs of our Commercial Unit. Now, we are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations (x/f/m) to first, manage and mentor the Revenue Operations team to operational excellence and second, is a key enabler to scale out the business over time in the Philippines.

We are looking for an experienced business savvy people manager with a proven track record of structuring and managing large scale projects across multiple functions and orgs. This role is most critical to the success of our day-to-day business operations across the SellerX group.

Your Responsibilities In Detail

Revenue Operations

  • Manage and mentor our Revenue Operations Team of 15 people in Manila and ensure operational excellence with your Team
  • Audit and improve existing SPOs and create new ones
  • Identify new processes and workflow optimizations the Revenue Operations Team can support with
  • Drive automation initiatives together with Tech to enhance overall efficiency
  • Collect business needs, prioritize requests, and manage stakeholder expectations

Team Management

  • Help us to build a sustainable company culture of a young skilled organization in the Philippines
  • Identify topics that need attention and together with the People team help us to drive local initiatives torwards operational excellence and stability
  • Partner with the global senior management to align on priorities and areas of support
  • Steer cross-functional strategic projects

Your Background

  • You lead by example and live up to a high standard of moral and work ethics (ideally +10 years)
  • You build and mentored successfully teams in large scale organizations

  • You have a growth mindset, embracing change and innovation
  • You have an excellent academic background, ideally an MBA from a top ranked, international business school

E-Commerce Expertise

  • You are an E-Commerce veteran with a strong track record driving crossfunctional strategic commercial projects
  • You managed successfully revenue operations within a large scale organization
  • You are up to date to latest trends and changes in teh e-commerce (ideally Amazon) ecosystem
  • Ideally you bring experience working with Tech teams on automation projects
