Director of Operations
Tailored Management
The Director of Operations is a key leadership role responsible for the seamless execution of daily operations at Tailored Management’s Philippines office. This individual will oversee the Recruiting, Program Operations, and Onboarding teams, meeting business priorities and deliverables. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our Philippines office, drive impactful initiatives, and inspire a thriving, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary leadership contact for the Tailored Management Philippines office, representing all business priorities and deliverables
- Monitor external factors that may impact business continuity, provide updates to U.S. leadership, and develop disaster recovery plans
- Lead and develop departmental site leaders, offering coaching, performance feedback, and professional growth opportunities
- Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to gather feedback, celebrate achievements, and promote engagement and job satisfaction
- Provide insights from site leadership to U.S. department leaders and collaborate on process improvement initiatives
- Ensure consistent attendance and operational continuity across departments, maintaining a strong understanding of daily operations
- Partner with international leaders to implement company-wide initiatives, recognition programs, and engagement activities
- Oversee office logistics, including equipment management, seat assignments, and expense tracking

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an operational leadership role, preferably with experience managing international teams.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
Location and Working Environment:
- Location: Skyrise 4B 17th Floor West Geonzon Street IT Park Apas Cebu City, Cebu 6000
- Hours: 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. PHT, to support United States-based Clients.
- This role operates full-time in the office.
