Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT delivery activities, aligning with digital transformation goals and serving as the primary liaison between IT and business units to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Lead IT project management efforts, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery through Agile methodologies, with a focus on process optimization and risk management.
- Drive and implement automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and leveraging technology to improve operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, including selection, contract negotiation, and performance management, to ensure quality service and alignment with project objectives.
- Champion Agile methodologies within the team, providing coaching and support to strengthen Agile practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead a collaborative, high-performing team, mentoring and developing team members to enhance technical and project management capabilities across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in IT project management with a strong background in technical delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in leading automation initiatives within an IT or digital environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
