We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the development of innovative digital experiences that create meaningful value for our users. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business objectives and technology execution, ensuring that our product strategy aligns with both user needs and company growth goals.
As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of the product backlog, define and prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. You will be the voice of the customer, utilizing data and insights to guide decision-making and continuously enhance the user experience.

User Behavior & Growth Strategy
- Analyze user data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Define and execute A/B tests, experiments, and optimizations to improve user engagement and retention.
- Develop data-backed growth hypotheses and translate them into product enhancements.
- Work closely with marketing, analytics and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Own the product roadmap for growth, prioritizing initiatives that improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design frictionless user experiences that enhance product adoption.
- Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements.
- Define clear KPIs and success metrics for all growth-related initiatives.
- Leverage personalization, segmentation, and user targeting strategies to optimize conversion.
- Utilize analytics and Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) tools to track user behavior, funnels, and feature performance.
- Identify drop-off points and develop solutions to increase engagement and retention.
- Partner with analytics and growth teams to uncover actionable insights from user analytics.
- Continuously refine the growth playbook based on testing outcomes and user trends.
- 3-5+ years experience as a Digital Product Owner, Growth PM, or similar role in a digital product environment.
- Strong understanding of growth loops, virality, retention strategies, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with user analytics tools (Google Analytics, Braze, Fullstory, etc.).
- Experience with product and design tools such as Jira and Figma.
- Proven ability to translate data insights into impactful product decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, growth managers, design, and data analytics).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, experimentation techniques, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or digital services.
- Background in behavioral psychology, data science, or UX research.
