Why does this role exist?
We're seeking a Digital Marketing & Website Operations Specialist to drive our digital transformation initiatives and strengthen our online presence. This role is crucial for managing our extensive website overhaul, streamlining our marketing automation systems, and ensuring efficient digital operations. The position will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports our mission of helping entrepreneurs succeed.

The Impact you’ll make

Website Management

• Support website rebranding and content migration for 200+ pages


• Implement and manage GoHighLevel CRM integration


• Maintain and optimize website performance


• Ensure content consistency across platforms

Digital Marketing

• Design and create engaging social media content


• Develop and manage email/text marketing campaigns


• Implement marketing automation workflows


• Track and analyze campaign performance

Systems Integration

• Set up and maintain Zapier integrations


• Manage multiple platform connections


• Streamline operational workflows


• Ensure data synchronization across tools

Operations Support

• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks


• Manage various software tools and subscriptions


• Maintain documentation of processes


• Support team collaboration through digital tools

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Proven experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)


• Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing and automation tools


• Experience with website content management and web design principles


• Strong background in marketing automation and campaign management


• Proficiency in using business productivity and design tools


• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)


• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva proficiency required)

What to expect...


Work Setup:

• Remote position


• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Option 1: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 11 AM, then 2 PM to 6 PM CST (Central Standard Time).


• Option 2: Working 8 hours anytime between 7 AM to 6 PM CST


• 40 hours per week

Compensation:

• $7 per hour
