Digital Marketing Specialist (Marketing Agency and Google Ads Expert)

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist/Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and optimize their customers’ campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including local campaigns, B2B businesses, and international accounts, with a focus on search advertising

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns aligned with client goals and budgets
• Conduct data-driven analyses to recommend new strategies and improvements
• Create comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports
• Design and monitor A/B and other testing methodologies
• Partner with account managers to ensure campaigns meet client objectives
• Execute day-to-day campaign management tasks, including bid adjustments, negative keyword additions, and ad copywriting
• Monitor performance and budgets proactively and make adjustments as necessary
• Develop and enhance internal processes for Google Ads campaign management
• Provide insights to improve landing page performance and content quality
• Manage Bing Ads campaigns occasionally

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
• A Google Ads specialist with 3+ years of experience in campaign management
• Google Ads Certification preferred
• Proven search advertising expertise and familiarity with business-to-business (B2B) and local service campaigns
• Experience with media and research tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
