  • Develop and execute strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions through social media channels.
  • Create and implement digital strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives and reflect the brand’s voice and identity.
  • Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing them for better results and engagement.
  • Analyze metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, search appearances, and conversions. Provide detailed reports on performance and ROI to improve future strategies.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, answering queries, and fostering positive conversations.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to adapt strategies and keep the brand relevant and innovative.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers to extend the brand’s reach, tap into new audiences, and drive engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or campaign execution.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Premiere Pro) for content creation is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to track and interpret campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear messaging across platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of paid ads management (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads) is an advantage.
