As a key member of a lean, collaborative marketing team, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead to drive lead generation, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of our client base. Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns focused on qualified B2B lead generation.
- Manage keyword strategies, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign budgets.
- Track and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and monthly reporting.
- Ensure alignment between campaign efforts, business objectives, and the sales funnel.
- Design and manage email campaigns across the customer journey—acquisition, onboarding, retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Build automation flows tailored to different lifecycle stages using HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Maintain healthy, segmented contact lists for precise targeting.
- Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all communications are aligned with brand tone, style, and visual guidelines.
- Craft compelling copy for monthly printed flyers included in client deliveries.
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with the design team by providing clear, creative briefs.
- Support customer success initiatives with informative, engaging, and well-branded communications.
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead on campaign planning, audience strategies, and client development initiatives.
- Support lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at increasing retention and account expansion.
- Conduct light market research (events, trends, competitor activity) to inspire new campaigns and content ideas.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media, email marketing, and client lifecycle engagement.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in service-based, F&B, or office-related industries.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (British or European English preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot (or equivalent platforms).
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and strong hands-on execution capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail in content and brand consistency.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools for visual content creation or briefing.
- Familiarity with the European B2B marketing landscape and client lifecycle strategies.
- Strong experience using HubSpot for automated email flows, segmentation, and reporting.
- Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing B2B lead generation campaigns via Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience supporting both digital and printed communications, including cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Familiarity with internal platforms such as Umbraco and Cin7, particularly for integrating campaigns with product and website updates
