We are seeking a Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to enhance our client's online presence and lead their digital marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for implementing and maintaining ongoing digital strategies, managing multiple marketing channels, and driving business growth through effective online campaigns. The position requires an experienced professional who can deliver measurable results through various digital marketing channels.

Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute ongoing marketing campaigns


• Manage PPC advertising across platforms

• Optimize Google Business presence and Local SEO

Website Development & Management

• Create new websites from concept to launch


• Maintain and update existing websites


• Implement technical SEO improvements


• Optimize user experience and conversion paths

Comprehensive Social Media Management

• Manage ALL major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube)


• Create platform-specific content strategies


• Implement paid social campaigns across all platforms


• Track and optimize social media metrics

Analytics & Reporting

• Track ongoing campaign performance


• Generate comprehensive reports


• Analyze data for continuous optimization


• Measure ROI across all digital channels

Measure of Success

• Improvement in search engine rankings


• PPC campaign performance metrics


• Website traffic and conversion rates


• Cross-platform social media engagement growth

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (non-negotiable)


• Proven expertise in PPC and SEO campaign management


• Advanced knowledge of Google Business/Local SEO implementation


• Experience managing ALL major social media platforms


• Website development and CMS management skills


• Demonstrated success in long-term campaign management

Work Setup:

• Remote position

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 4 PM CST (Central Standard Time).


• 20 hours per week

Compensation:

• $8 per hour
