The ideal candidate is experienced in online marketing, content creation, performance tracking, and lead generation strategies. This role will play a critical part in increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), email, and SEO.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content in coordination with the content team.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for SEO, and support blog content strategy.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content specialists, and web developers to align campaign visuals and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Track and manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on paid campaigns.
- Support lead nurturing and conversion strategies through landing pages, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and performance-based decision-making.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
- Experience in real estate, e-commerce, or B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce.
