Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will:

  • Plan and develop content strategies for multiple brands (United Petroleum, Pie Face, Quickstop, etc.) across digital and social media platforms.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content for brand, product, and community-based campaigns, ensuring alignment with tone, brand identity, and strategy.
  • Coordinate with creative teams, influencers, and stakeholders for content execution and approvals.
  • Build and grow owned social channels by increasing engagement rates and community size.
  • Manage customer interactions, including complaints and queries, across platforms within set timelines.
  • Execute local and national marketing campaigns, including store openings and Meta ads management.
  • Analyze competitors and digital trends to guide strategic content planning and channel development.
  • Report on content performance and community management weekly and monthly, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, retail, insights, supply, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
  • Monitor online brand conversations and extract customer insights to support broader marketing and merchandising initiatives.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
  • Strong content creation and editing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Background in retail, QSR, e-commerce, food, or coffee industries
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for video editing
  • Strong stakeholder and community management experience
  • Proven ability to manage reporting schedules and analyze marketing data
  • Strategic and creative mindset with strong commercial awareness
