Digital Marketing Coordinator (Remote) | AU Law Firm
Staffstream
Are you a creative digital marketer with a passion for storytelling, design, and data-driven strategy? We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help build a powerful online presence for a prestigious Sydney-based law firm.
The Opportunity at a Glance
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator with strong experience in web, social, and email marketing to join the growing marketing team of a leading Sydney law firm. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.
In this hands-on, generalist role, you’ll manage and optimize the firm’s Squarespace website, drive engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and design compelling marketing materials. You’ll also lead email marketing campaigns, coordinate content creation, and help build a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
If you’re both strategic and creative—with solid technical skills and a passion for marketing in the Australian professional services space—this role is for you.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage and update the firm’s Squarespace website, ensuring all pages, blogs, and visuals are on-brand and optimized for SEO.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to publish blog content and maintain consistent messaging.
Manage and grow the firm’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), developing and scheduling engaging content calendars.
Design and distribute email campaigns to clients and prospects, tracking open and conversion rates to continuously improve performance.
Create high-quality marketing graphics, documents, and presentations using Canva.
Edit and optimize short-form videos for use across social media and the website.
Track digital performance metrics and provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Support marketing campaigns through CRM management using GoHighLevel, including client segmentation and automation.
Collaborate with the team on marketing collateral, events, and special campaigns.
What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
Have proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Australian market.
Are confident managing Squarespace websites and updating content independently.
Are skilled in Canva for graphic design and video editing.
Have hands-on experience running email marketing campaigns and analysing performance metrics.
Possess excellent written English and content creation skills with strong attention to detail.
Can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
Communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and bring a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:
Experience in marketing for a law firm or professional services company is required.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM for campaign automation.
Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads).
