Are you a hands-on marketer who can build from scratch and scale fast? We're hiring a full-stack Marketing Coordinator to drive performance across a growing hospitality and property portfolio.


 


The Opportunity at a Glance


We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute end-to-end marketing across a growing group of hospitality and accommodation properties in Southeast Asia and Australia. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.
This role is ideal for a data-driven, execution-focused marketer with a background in hospitality, accommodation, tourism, or multi-property marketing. You’ll design and run everything from digital campaigns and content to brand identity and performance reporting — while helping build the marketing engine from the ground up.


 


How You’ll Make an Impact



  • Develop and unify the brand identity across multiple accommodation and hospitality properties

  • Build and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across paid, social, email, and search

  • Manage all content creation: graphics, video, social media calendars, and email campaigns

  • Monitor and optimise digital performance across Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, and websites

  • Execute and track CRM and email marketing workflows to support guest retention and loyalty

  • Analyse engagement, conversion, and traffic data to guide strategy and report on ROI

  • Collaborate with or manage external creatives, consultants, and vendors as needed

  • Implement and manage marketing systems, workflows, and documentation across brands


 


What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:



  • Have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality, accommodation, or tourism

  • Are a true full-stack marketer who can build strategy and execute on design, content, and performance

  • Are confident managing social media, SEO/SEM, and paid digital advertising

  • Have strong skills in data analytics, reporting, and campaign optimisation

  • Can write, design, and publish high-quality marketing collateral with minimal supervision

  • Are comfortable working independently, juggling deadlines, and building systems from scratch

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills across platforms and formats


 


What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:



  • Experience working across a multi-property hospitality or real estate brand

  • Familiarity with platforms like RMS Cloud, Canva, Google Analytics, and video editing tools

  • A creative eye with technical execution chops — from concept to content

  • Prior experience managing external consultants or creative partners

  • A track record of driving bookings or conversions via paid and organic campaigns


 


Work Schedule & Employment Terms



  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday

  • Remote role for Philippine-based candidates

  • Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
