Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Digital Content Quality & Compliance Specialist to support daily compliance operations across our digital content and monetization programs. This role is responsible for enforcing policies, conducting quality checks, and identifying risks to ensure all content meets internal standards and client requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, consistent accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while supporting cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

Policy Enforcement and Audits

  • Monitor and manage compliance flags within the Google Policy Center to ensure adherence to monetization and content policies.
  • Conduct quality assessments for various campaign types (e.g., display, download intent, installer formats).
  • Review, track, and document non-compliant programs in the catalog on a regular basis.

Regulatory and Legal Compliance

  • Support antivirus (AV) compliance by tracking warnings and managing blocked program listings.
  • Assist in processing DMCA notices and ensure timely handling of related compliance tasks.

Process and Policy Development

  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to update guidelines and operational standards for new content verticals (e.g., push notifications, installer formats).
  • Ensure that updates are correctly implemented and consistently applied across white-label products.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Work efficiently with internal teams using project management tools such as Jira or Asana for tracking, visibility, and alignment.
  • Prepare basic compliance activity reports, tracking sheets, and summary updates for management as needed.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in compliance, quality assurance, or risk management—preferably in digital media, advertising, or technology sectors.
  • Basic understanding of Google’s monetization and compliance policies and related industry standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret guidelines, assess risks, and identify non-compliant items.
  • Familiarity or interest in automation tools, AI-driven workflows, or quality control systems.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
  • Proactive, reliable, ethical, and dedicated to maintaining high compliance and quality standards.
  • Nice to Have: Compliance-related certifications such as CCEP.
