The Digital Communications Specialist will provide support to the Manager Creative Services in developing and managing the corporate digital program of the company working with External Affairs, digital agencies, and regional/OC digital team.

Your ‘day to day’

• Develop digital content and manage owned PMFTC and 3rd party digital platforms and campaigns. Measure and monitor performance of owned PMFTC digital platforms/campaigns.
• Conduct internal digital listening via Sprinklr or with external agencies to develop internal summary and recommendations that can support External Affairs and Communications functions.
• Supervise community management of owned PMFTC social media accounts, working closely with CCM.
• Develop creative materials (i.e. posters, merchandise, video, etc.) and programs to support External Affairs and Communications initiatives.
• Work with regional communications team and Global Comms OC on Always On and digital amplification programs.
• Work with 3rd party stakeholders to provide digital communications support.
• Responsible for corporate brand and ensure implementation across all functions and digital channels.
• Liase with external agencies for accreditation, billings, etc.
  
  
  

Who we’re looking for

• 3-5 year experience in digital communications/marketing, corporate communications, or public relations
• College graduate preferably with a degree in fields related to communications
• Candidate must be creative and strategic
• Creative Skills: Highly skilled in Photoshop (or related software), video production, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Must possess strong writing skills
• Social media savvy
• Must be knowledgeable in Google Trends and Analytics, META and X analytics, and other data analytics software
• Knowledgeable in performance marketing and media
• Working knowledge of AI tools
