Digital Commerce Content Manager

P&G is looking for an eContent Brand Manager in Manila. This role will include the following:
Lead, develop, and implement the eCommerce content strategy & plan to accelerate growth for our key brands. This includes, but is not limited to influencer management, content (livestreams, videos, static assets, etc.) and media management, and brand benefit communication. Lead, develop, and complete user growth plan across eCommerce platforms through best-in-class content. Handle coordinated traffic planning (eMedia, social, content, etc.), analysis, and optimization to achieve traffic growth with improved efficiency. Liaise with total Brand team, external platforms, agencies, and eCommerce central teams to improve resources and reapply standard processes.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of eCommerce/content management experience.
Recent experience (at least 12 months) in eCommerce (as a client, agency or directly with an eCommerce platform), preferably with FMCG categories.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must Have Skills:
Content Management – can unearth insights on what is considered relevant content across P&G brands’ target audiences. Has skills in analyzing patterns & coordinating with external partners to come up with proposals on content strategy.
Social Commerce Experience – understands key metrics to track on the platform and how what role content plays in a successful online sale.
Brand Management – understands brand equities, how to effectively communicate product benefits
Data Analysis – can do post-mortem reports on what worked/what didn’t work to codify strategies for Digital Commerce.
