Key Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of advertising campaigns, with hands-on management across various paid and directory channels.
  • Review conversion and deal creation reasons to feed this back into your ad strategy.
  • Conceptualise and design captivating ad creatives, encompassing both images and videos.
  • Efficiently optimise ad spend.
  • Scout and recognise fresh advertising channels, tools and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in developing landing pages and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).


Tools Mastery:

  • Pay per click platforms (e.g. Google, Bing).
  • Social ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Directory ads (e.g. G2, Capterra).
  • Wordpress
  • HubSpot
  • Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • AI tools


Qualifications:

  • Documented evidence of past campaigns curated, managed, and optimised by you.
  • Demonstrated results in return on ad spend, lead generation, and successful cost per lead reduction.


Success Metrics:

  • Pipeline contribution and closed won.
  • Decrease in customer acquisition costs.
  • The ability to pinpoint high-performing channels and campaigns and provide actionable insights and recommendations.


About You

  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
  • Extensive work experience in running ad campaigns.
  • Background/experience working in Tech or SaaS.
  • Outstanding communication capabilities.
  • A collaborative spirit with an emphasis on team dynamics, yet the prowess to work autonomously.
  • An innate creative streak and an adeptness for unconventional thinking.
  • Commercial mindset.
