Digital Brands IMC Manager

WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?

The Digital Brands Integrated Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of JTIP customer-facing branding for JTIP's Trade Engagement platform, 3 sub-brands and other cross-functional brands.

The role will work cross-functionally with other M&S teams, the incumbent ensures consistency in integrated marketing communications across all media to reach a diverse range of audiences across multiple platforms nationally. Additionally, in collaboration with the Digital Brands PR & Content Manager, the incumbent is responsible for developing and maintaining a communications, messaging, and content calendar, based on a territorial approach for RMC, RRP and Trade audiences.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Digital Platform Branding Develop and implement branding & communications for digital platforms. Ensure consistency across all media used to reach diverse audiences across multiple platforms nationally, working cross-functionally with other M&S teams.
  • Integrated Communications Campaigns Work with Digital Brand colleagues and the wider Digital Operations team to deliver integrated campaigns supporting JTIP's portfolio of digital brands. Utilize brand assets and guidelines to develop and execute campaigns, ensuring a seamless and integrated approach to digital brand marketing. Ensure target audiences for each platform receive a consistent and single-minded experience across all channels.
  • Communications, Messaging, and Content Calendar Collaborate with the Digital Brands PR & Content Manager to develop and maintain a calendar of online and offline activity across all digital platforms. Ensure the calendar aligns with territorial approaches and supports both RRP and Trade audiences.
  • Agency & Third-Party Supplier Management Support the Digital Brands team and Procurement colleagues in managing creative agencies and third-party suppliers. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-time, and on-budget communications campaigns. Handle briefing, creative evaluation, stakeholder feedback management, and timeline and budget oversight.
  • Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of integrated marketing communications initiatives. Utilize data and insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engagement and brand perception in the digital space.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Graduate degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Creative Writing or related courses
  • Minimum of 5+ years proven experience in Marketing and/or Communications, Digital Marketing in FMCG industry
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge in integrated marketing communications, including an in-depth understanding of the marketing mix, sales channels, and communication platforms, both digital & BTL
  • Solid experience in developing communication campaigns and consumer and customer-facing branding, utilizing brand assets and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of the diverse trade, consumer, and internal audience types in the Philippines to ensure effective communication across all touchpoints.
  • Proven integrated marketing communications project management experience.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, consensus-driven, and diverse environment.
