Job Description
The employee is hired as an individual contributor to lead day-to-day creative strategy and production across the corporate brand and advocacy portfolio. Reporting to the Integrated Communications and Digital Advocacy Senior Manager under Globe Sustainability and Corporate Communications, this role shapes the creative narrative of Globe’s purposeful brand, producing innovative, high-impact content that strengthens reputation, builds brand love, and engages key audiences.

Job Description

Reporting to the Integrated Communications and Digital Advocacy Senior Manager under Globe Sustainability and Corporate Communications, this role shapes the creative narrative of Globe’s purposeful brand, producing innovative, high-impact content that strengthens reputation, builds brand love, and engages key audiences.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage all Globe channels that are under the jurisdiction of the Corporate Communications Group.
- Leads coordination among stakeholders, both external and internal, that affects the management and operations of Globe CCG channels.
- Directs content creation and curation of materials for new and current Globe channels (e.g. ICON, PA, LED, ICON mobile, Globe corporate website) in the following areas:
- Content and creative strategy
- Editorial
- Backroom operations
- Leads the content generation in all Globe-owned channels that requires support.
- Supports all employee engagement activities geared towards information dissemination and culture building as aligned with overall communication messaging themes of the company.
- Reach and Engagement
- Consistent updates and plugins
- Attention grabbing content on ambient channels
- Disruptive executions to strengthen Globe brand image
- Shares, Click-throughs, and Comments
