This is a remote night shift role (PH time) — perfect for digital ad pros who love focus, quiet hours, and syncing with US-based clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, build, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
• Handle a portfolio of 10–15 clients across different industries (B2B, eCommerce, local lead gen)
• Manage ad spend smartly — you’re trusted with real budgets and big goals
• Collaborate with account managers, creatives, and senior strategists
• Monitor performance, tweak campaigns, and hit KPIs like CTR, ROAS, and conversions
• Keep clients in the loop with updates, wins, and clear reporting
• Stay ahead of digital trends — new features, platform changes, what’s working and what’s not
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
• Skilled in Meta Ads (FB & IG campaigns, pixel setup, audience targeting)
• Familiar with LinkedIn Ads and lead gen strategies
• Bonus if you’ve worked with programmatic platforms (Spotify, Hulu, StackAdapt, etc.)
• You understand the numbers — data-driven, performance-focused
• Great communicator, proactive mindset, and cool under pressure
• Must be comfortable working night shift hours (PH time) to align with US clients
