Job Summary
- Responsible for the integration of security practices into the DevOps processes, ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of the Bank’s IT infrastructure and applications. The role works to maintain compliance with banking regulations and enhance the security posture and practices of the Bank.
- Implements security practices into the DevOps lifecycle from development to deployment.
- Automates security controls, governance processes, and compliance validation for DevOps.
- Develops and maintains infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Implements and manages monitoring and logging solutions to detect security threats and anomalies.
- Participates in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Continuously improves security practices and processes based on the latest industry trends and threat intelligence.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation for security processes, procedures, and incident reports.
- Conducts regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field of study
- 3-5 years of work experience in IT / Agile and DevOps functions
- Relevant courses – Professional / Technical Competencies:
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
