Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Team Leader to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members to achieve their goals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring high performance through effective coaching and management.

Key Responsibilities

Team Success and Goal Achievement:

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure their success in their roles and help them achieve their performance goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to enhance team performance and productivity.


Coaching And Performance Check-ins

  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance check-ins with team members.
  • Offer constructive feedback and development plans to help team members grow and excel.


Feedback And Support

  • Actively receive feedback, suggestions, and opinions from team members.
  • Provide necessary support and resources to address their needs and concerns.


Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and track team performance using Tableau reporting.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Positive Attitude And Company Values

  • Instill a “Can Do” attitude and mindset within the team.
  • Promote and uphold company values in all interactions and activities.


Collaboration And Process Improvement

  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to share ideas, manage escalations, and develop action plans.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.


Task Management And Time Management

  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong multitasking and flexible time management skills.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve team objectives.


Qualifications

  • Preferred 2 years in progressive leadership roles or similar
  • Proven success in leading teams of 10-15 people, ideally in a dynamic company.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience managing technical, cross-functional teams and delivery partners.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI targets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams or departments
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence in a remote, global environment.
  • Capability to work independently, show initiative, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with web-based applications/services, web design, graphic design, and SEO are preferred.
