The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting team members to achieve their goals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring high performance through effective coaching and management.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure their success in their roles and help them achieve their performance goals.
- Provide guidance and support to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance check-ins with team members.
- Offer constructive feedback and development plans to help team members grow and excel.
- Actively receive feedback, suggestions, and opinions from team members.
- Provide necessary support and resources to address their needs and concerns.
- Monitor and track team performance using Tableau reporting.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Instill a “Can Do” attitude and mindset within the team.
- Promote and uphold company values in all interactions and activities.
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to share ideas, manage escalations, and develop action plans.
- Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong multitasking and flexible time management skills.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve team objectives.
- Preferred 2 years in progressive leadership roles or similar
- Proven success in leading teams of 10-15 people, ideally in a dynamic company.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience managing technical, cross-functional teams and delivery partners.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI targets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams or departments
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence in a remote, global environment.
- Capability to work independently, show initiative, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with web-based applications/services, web design, graphic design, and SEO are preferred.
