About The Role

Provide entry level project coordination, client communication, and reporting for recovery and deployment of end user assets. This role will work within a team structure to provide status updates, deliverable measurements, and other responsibilities as assigned. This role may be client facing.

As a Deployment Coordinator You Will

• Consistently demonstrate and model key organizational behaviors of customer service, teamwork, collaboration, and excellence
• Work with team to schedule and communicate inbound and outbound schedules
• Creates reporting and SLA tracking, analyzing data, schedules and documents meetings
• Provide necessary reporting to team and client at required intervals
• Communicate via email and telephone to end users to increase rate of asset recovery

What We’re Looking For

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred
• In lieu of bachelor’s degree minimum of three (3) years professional experience
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word
• Demonstrated ability to do in-depth research and provide solutions
