- Ensure team awareness and compliance
- Participate in system development and internal audits
- At least 5 years of experience in department or team management
- Proven expertise in effort estimation and resource planning
- Experience preparing Statements of Work (SOWs) and supporting presales
- Strong background in team performance management and staff development
- Familiarity with management systems and auditing processes
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating applicants and team performance
- Effective leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
