Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Dental Virtual Assistant. The Dental Virtual Assistant will provide administrative and clinical support to dental professionals. Daily responsibilities include assisting with patient records, charting, and documentation, supporting communication tasks such as phone calls and referrals, and assisting with virtual dental care procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards. The role plays a key part in improving workflow efficiency and patient care for dental practices.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Dental Care, Oral Care, and familiarity with Dentistry practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and manage time effectively
• Previous experience as a dental assistant or in a similar role preferred
