We're seeking a talented and results-oriented Demand Generation Copywriter to play a crucial role in driving our marketing and sales success. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling and persuasive copy across various channels to attract, engage, and convert our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Demand Generation Expertise: Develop high-performing copy for demand generation initiatives, focusing on attracting and nurturing leads through the marketing funnel.
• Sales Outbound Email Sequences: Write persuasive and personalized outbound email sequences for the sales team to engage prospects and generate interest.
• Campaign Email & Landing Page: Write engaging and conversion-focused email sequences and landing page content that aligns with campaign objectives and drives desired actions (e.g., demo requests, ebook downloads).
• Headline & Call-to-Action Optimization: Craft compelling headlines and clear, concise calls-to-action, including generating variations for A/B testing to continuously improve performance.
• Social Media & Digital Advertising Copy: Develop engaging and attention-grabbing copy for social media posts and digital advertisements across various platforms.
• Video Scripting (Desired): Ideally, you will have experience crafting concise and impactful scripts for short-form video advertisements (e.g., 30-second spots) that effectively convey key messages.
• SEO Awareness: Apply knowledge of SEO principles to optimize copy for search engines, ensuring content is discoverable and drives organic traffic.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign alignment.
• Testing & Optimization: Participate in A/B testing and analyze copy performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize for better results.

Job requirements

• 3 + years of proven experience as a Copywriter, with a strong focus on demand generation.
• Demonstrable experience in writing high-converting campaign emails and landing pages.
• Excellent ability to craft compelling headlines and effective calls-to-action, with experience in A/B testing methodologies.
• Proven success in writing engaging copy for social media and digital advertising platforms.
• Experience writing effective outbound sales email sequences.
• Experience in crafting scripts for short-form video advertisements. [Optional but desirable]
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application in copywriting.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant copywriting samples.
