Delivery Analyst

Description

The Delivery Analyst delivers survey projects using WTW’s industry-leading survey platform, which includes engagement surveys, analytics, and insights. The associate will need to have project management skills to coordinate efforts among team members and ensure the timely completion of client deliverables. The associate will work with cross-functional, global projects and teams as a team member or project manager.

You are responsible for the following tasks;

• Work with the project manager to deliver survey projects based on client needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global project teams to deliver survey projects.
• Manage projects to ensure timely completion at the highest quality standards. This includes survey online setup, administration, and reports processing.
• Discuss changes or issues in the project scope with team members to recommend solutions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting steps to identify root causes and help resolve technical issues.
• Support the development of best practices to enhance and improve existing processes.
• Conduct application testing or work with an Analyst conducting testing to ensure usability and adherence to business requirements, desired functionality and defined aesthetic properties; escalate issues and propose resolutions on time.
• Launch applications to defined client distribution lists. Generate and review configured reports as needed.
• Ability to work with complex data, including validation, manipulation and formatting using data management tools.
  
  

Qualifications

The Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management; experience working with HR-related surveys is a plus
• Ability to work in a global team environment is essential
• Strong problem-solving skills, project and time management skills
• Ability to identify and solve problems/challenges and work on several concurrent projects with tight timelines
• Basic understanding of Web Application development (HTML, CSS and Javascript)
• Experience or training in SQL, Web-based applications and tools
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work on EMEA or US shift
