  • Performs regular Quality audits based on accepted standards in sampling to ensure delivery is consistent and at par with client standards.
  • Attends Calibration sessions as a participant with the Operations team and the Client
  • Performs quality analysis and is capable of identifying root cause and can create relevant action items to improve and sustain performance
  • Attends Weekly/Monthly business reviews with stakeholders on overall Quality and CSAT performance.
  • Attends meetings with onshore auditors, Operations, and SMEs to ensure that processes are aligned to current client business rules
  • Attends calibrations sessions. Able to convince all participants on recommendations in terms of applying agreed standards on transactions audited
  • Audit processes and provide gaps and errors to proper channels which could lead to Client escalations OTHERS Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Shift Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Cebu Filinvest Cyberzone Tower 2


    • SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS


  • Open to undergraduates
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as QA
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
  • Comfortable with handing the end to end customer journey, including having multiple skills to handle various types of customer queries, intents, and complexities
