  • Managing mailbox and service now tickets
  • Customer service via email and ticket
  • Will be handling critical process for US payroll
  • Fist POC of Onshore team for all payroll related requests
  • Preparation of reports OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1


    • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • With at least 3 years relevant payroll experience; 1 year supervisory experience
  • With at least 1 to 2 years US payroll OR US payroll tax experience
  • SAP OR Oracle experience required
  • Proficient in payroll systems such as ADP, ServiceNow
