This role ensures that all delivery workstreams are aligned with NGCO standards, capability development, and transformation initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The NGCO Operations PMO at CL9 is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, and delivery control across Next Generation Customer Operations (NGCO) programs. This role ensures that all delivery workstreams are aligned with NGCO standards, including IO 2.0, capability development, and transformation initiatives. The PMO will support performance tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies and delivery centers. Role and Responsibility
  • Lead operational governance routines, including performance reviews, issue escalations, and delivery health checks
  • Monitor and report on delivery KPIs, including SGSG, overdue actions, and security incidents
  • Partner with Delivery, CapDev, Workforce, and Mobilization to ensure readiness and compliance
  • Support implementation of NGCO frameworks such as the Capability Development Maturity Model (CDMM), Door-to-Floor onboarding, and the NGCO Excellence Camp
  • Drive adoption of GenAI, automation, and transformation levers in partnership with solution architects and delivery teams
  • Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and documentation for all assigned programs.

    • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 5 years of Project Management experience
  • At least 2 to 3 years supervisory experience
  • Open to any industry and any types of projects handled
