    • POSITION TITLE: Mobilization Associate Manager

    WORK SETUP: Return to Office

    RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage Execution of Global Change & Comms Plan: Implement and manage global change and communication strategies.
  • Report on Transition Progress: Provide updates on transition progress and ensure adherence to methodologies.
  • Develop Transition Communication Plan: Create communication plans for transitions.
  • Manage Local Execution of Change/Comms: Handle local execution of change, communication
  • Identify Risks and Issues: Recognize potential risks and issues, report them, and follow up on mitigation plans.
  • Track and Report Progress of Work Instructions: Ensure work instructions are created and meet quality standards

    SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 7 years of total experience
  • At least 5 years Project Management experience in a BPO setting
  • At least 5 years supervisory experience
