POSITION TITLE: BPO Operations Associate Manager - Sales Account

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Strategy Support:

Training and Development:


  • Design and deliver training programs for sales teams, including onboarding for new hires


    • Content Creation and Management:


  • Collaborate with sales leadership/client counterpart to align enablement strategies with business goals.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs to drive revenue growth
  • Provide ongoing coaching and skill development to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Develop sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources to support the sales process.
  • Ensure that sales teams have access to the latest tools, templates, and materials.

    SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 7 years overall experience
  • With 2 years of relevant experience in BPO Sales
  • With at least 5 years supervisory experience
  • Open to any industry
