  • ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- PROJECT NAME: Procurement BPO POSITION TITLE: Procurement Practice Analyst WORK SETUP: RTO Responsibilities: The specialist will act as trusted business partner to leadership and take accountability to ensure P+ delivers on our business promises related to supplier sourcing, purchasing, payment, and supplier management. This role will handle sub-categories under Workplace & Capital Projects Commodities. Key responsibilities
  • Act as a business partner. Engage business and corporate function POC to understand and support deliverables and priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate functions (e.g., Legal, HR, Geographic Services) in the delivery of P+ services.
  • Adopt global strategies and tools used throughout the source to payment lifecycle.
  • Support Sourcing and Category Lead
  • Leverage delivery centers for transaction processing related to sourcing support, procurement operations, payables, help desk, and reporting.
  • Perform sourcing and supplier management to achieve optimization of supply and best value for money solutions considering quality, speed, total cost of ownership, risk and other factors.
  • Sourcing and Category Management
  • Provide procurement and product/service expertise for the spend sub-categories in scope. Seek out procurement solutions, working in partnership with suppliers and Accenture Procurement Plus stakeholders, to deliver significant cost reduction and/or service improvement opportunities. These will include but not be limited to:
  • Manage demand
  • Perform industry and market analysis
  • Work with Sourcing Category Lead to develop and implement sourcing strategies
  • Screen suppliers, build selection criteria & perform supplier analysis
  • Conduct RFX and analyze/score bids
  • Execute negotiation plans
  • Manage contract process
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Ensuring appropriate processes are in place so that:
  • Purchase Requests created are in accordance with the Accenture Procurement Plus supply strategies and Accenture Policy
  • Purchase Requests are issued to Supplier with required product / services specifications required for Supplier to accurately fulfill Purchase Request
  • Any issues with Supplier fulfillment are managed professionally and in a timely fashion
  • Invoicing issues and queries are handles competently, efficiently and effectively
  • Continuous improvements to the Operational Purchasing process are sought and implemented as appropriate
  • Well-versed in standard procurement terms and conditions
  • Quantitative skills – ability understand (or develop) pricing models and analyze/interpret commercial proposals
  • Good computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with eSourcing tools (e.g. eRFx, eAuctions, Project and Contract Management Systems)
  • Desired general knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and SAP/Fieldglass a plus OTHERS Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekend Project/Team Location: Cebu Filinvest Cyberzone Tower 2


  • SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: - At least 2 years experience in procurement / strategic sourcing and/or supplier management - Experience in bidding, tendering processes and negotiating - Has good comms skills - Experience in defining and implementing service levels, and delivering services within agreed SLAs - Knowledge and relevant working experience in at least (but not limited to) one of the categories below:


  • Facilities and Services (Primary Domain)
  • Contingent Labor
  • HR and Professional Services
  • Travel and Accommodation
  • IT & T
  • Marketing and Communications - Experience in operating/supporting an operational purchasing team is desirable with “Procure-to-Pay” scope is desirable
